Return Period

Return Conditions

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods.

Return Process

  2. Approval: Once your return request is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds

  • Processing: Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@topnewkeep.com.

Shipping Returns

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
